Skillastics is a family of fitness games that enable from 1 to 100 children of various ages and fitness levels to participate and enjoy being active at one time. Skillastics is easy to set up and teach, it facilitates cooperation, builds self-confidence, and instills positive exercise habits that last a lifetime.

To begin: Simply divide a group of children into six color-assigned teams. Each team will have their own miniature mat, beanbag marker and die to match their assigned color. One child from each team runs to the oversized game mat and rolls their team's colored die and moves their beanbag around the corresponding number of spaces.

Once the child discovers which of the 26 possible drills they are to perform, they run back to their team, and communicate that activity by pointing it out on the mini-mat. The entire team does that activity, and then repeats the process with the next child.

Not every child is athletic, but every child deserves to have a positive experience in being physically active. Skillastics allows all children, no matter what their skill or fitness level, to enjoy moving.
